Dog days are ending...they better be.

Well after putting all of you through a hot summer of very few cigar reviews, I can only apologize, knowing that most of you finally understand what it is to be truly HOT.  Most people understand that they are going to have to take 2 weeks of intolerable weather no matter where they live.  It's always been that way.  Its why my friends in Michigan have window air units on standby in the basement.  But NOW most people across the US know what HOT really is.  Al Gore told you but YOU wouldn't listen, no....

And by inference, now you also know why my blog gets really slow in the summer.  There is no joy to be found in smoking a cigar in the dreadful summer heat.  And I am not even in New Orleans anymore, I am halfway up the country these days and it was still one of the two worst summers of the past ten years.  "THEY" say it was the worst on record.  Coupled with a drought, I'd have to agree.

But even with all the abuse I took, I still managed to smoke more cigars than I felt like smoking.  So in a way, I did the very best I could.  But now the SEC football season is cranking up and MAYBE the weather will moderate a bit by Christmas and I will likely be able to smoke some great cigars. So if you can hang tight just a bit longer, I am going to pull out some of the big guns and hit you with my best shot......COME on, hit you with my best sho-hot.

Fire away.

Guitar solo.

And just to make sure you KNOW I am here to entertain you and not waste your time.....
